1. Information We Collect
When you register for the College Crave beta program, we collect basic details to verify your student status. This includes your full name, student email address (.edu or university domain), phone number, and campus location.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to optimize your campus canteen experience:
- Estimating kitchen preparation times based on order queue sizes.
- Sending WhatsApp or browser alerts when your food is ready for pickup.
- Enabling campus-specific feature access (e.g. communities, marketplace).
3. Cashless Wallet Security
College Crave does not store your credit card or bank details directly on our servers. All cashless transactions are processed through certified UPI and card gateway networks complying with standard security policies.
4. Changes to This Policy
As a bootstrapped beta project, our features evolve monthly. We will notify you of any policy updates through campus group channels or directly via the College Crave app alerts.
